SMR offers private hunting experiences for guests pursuing trophy whitetail deer, blackbuck antelope, and select exotics in a true Texas ranch setting.

When your group hunts SMR, the ranch is yours alone. Hunting parties enjoy access to comfortable lodging, established blinds, a shooting range, outdoor gathering areas, and hospitality designed around the full ranch experience—not just the hunt. All hunts include lodging, food, beverages, and unlimited memories.

Whitetail deer

Bow and rifle season: October – February

Prime season is October – December

Buck hunts offered by size of antlers based on a Boone and Crockett score, a standardized measurement used to evaluate trophy deer antlers. It combines antler spread, beam length, tine length, mass, and overall symmetry into one score, giving hunters a consistent way to compare mature bucks.

SMR offers buck hunts in these ranges:

Up to 150″: $4,950
150-170″: $7,850
171-190″: $10,950
191-210″: $12,950
211-230″: $14,950

Whitetail does can be added to any buck hunt for $350.

WOW, what a weekend we have all had! This was hands down the best hunting trip for my family. SMR is top notch in everything y’all do. There isn’t a better feeling than to watch all my brothers kill amazing bucks, and then to kill the buck of my dreams. Y’all made hunting so enjoyable. Your guides are all top notch. Really felt like I was at home with the hospitality.

Blackbuck does can be added to any buck package for $900, depending on availability.
