SMR’s whitetail breeding program began in 1999 under Elwyn Seay and continues today under Rob Carringer’s direction. The program focuses on producing wide, tall-tined, typical Texas bucks—the kind of deer that make a noticeable impact on a ranch.
SMR offers bred does and stocker bucks annually to our ranch clients, along with breeding consultation and ranch operations advice based on the goals and needs of the rancher.
