September
Ranchers select does before breeding season and choose the big breeder buck.
October-February
Does stay with the breeder buck to ensure breeding.
March
Bred does are delivered to ranches when temperatures are cooler, green forbs are plentiful, and the does have time to acclimate to their new surroundings.
Late may or early june
Does give birth to fawns.
